Kenny Omega vs PAC: 30 Minute Ironman Match

Both men go for their finishers in the first few minutes. Omega hits his trademark dive to the outside. After a few minutes in the ring they go back to the outside where they have a chop fest. PAC then hits a tilt-a-whirl DDT on the outside. They go to the top. Omega knocks PAC off, but PAC meets him on the top and hits a brainbuster superplex. PAC charges at Omega but Omega moves. PAC then goes to the outside and jumps back in and hits a cutter for two. PAC hits a boot on Omega. Omega then boots PAC hard into the corner.

They do the traditional exchange of punches in the middle of the ring to get the crowd involved. PAC eventually boots Omega and hits a snap German suplex. Omega comes back with two knees then a Tiger Driver 98 for two. They go to the top where PAC turns a hurricarrana attempt into a powerbomb. Omega came back with a snap dragon suplex as PAC went to the outside. PAC ends up getting a chair on the outside and using it on Omega, which causes a DQ.

After the 30 second break, PAC is able to hit the Red Arrow to even things up at 1-1. PAC remains in control during the picture-in-picture. They go to the outside, where PAC hits a Falcon Arrow suplex onto the floor. A doctor goes to check on Omega and PAC dropkicks Omega into the ref and doctor. Yes a ref bump. PAC grabs a table and hits a Shooting Star press on Omega through it. Omega just beats the count in and goes for the Red Arrow, but Omega gets his knees up. Omega hits two V-Triggers. PAC catches Omega with a reverse-ranna then another DDT. PAC then locks in the Brutalizer with just under three minutes to go. Omega gets to the ropes, but PAC reapplies it. PAC keeps it locked in until they get to 0:00.

Justin Roberts announces sudden death. Omega hits a V-Trigger and a Kamigoye, then a One Winged Angel for the win.

WINNER: Kenny Omega- The match was fine. But it was nowhere near as good as it could have been. The second half of the match didn’t pick up the pace at all and actually slowed things down with the ref bump and table spot. I’m sure I’ll get crap for this opinion but it never got out of second gear for me.

PAC is being interviewed. Orange Cassidy comes out and gets decked by PAC.

Sammy Guevara, Santana and Ortiz vs Luchasaurus, Jungle Boy and Marko Stunt

A bit of melee to start until the heels all work over Stunt. The heels are still working over Stunt back from break until he makes the tag to Luchasaurus. He clears house as the rest of his team helps him out. Santana and Ortiz work over Jungle Boy. We get down to Guevara and Jungle Boy. Guevara gets the loaded sock but Darby Allin comes out and takes it. Jungle Boy then hits a snap hurricarrana for the win.

WINNERS: The Jungle Express- Match was okay. Standard TV match that sets up Allin/Guevara for Saturday.

Best Friends vs The Butcher and The Blade

Butcher and the Blade quickly send Taylor to the outside and turn their focus to Berretta. Taylor gets the tag but then he gets worked over going into the picture-in-picture. It’s all Butcher and the Blade as they hold down the offense. Berrertta comes in and takes out the heels on the outside. Orange Cassidy and The Bunny end up in the ring. The Bunny takes Orange’s sunglasses so he takes the Bunny’s ears. Best Friends end up hitting their finisher for the win.

WINNERS: Best Friends

PAC vs Orange Cassidy is announced for Revolution.

Yuka Sakazaki vs Big Swole vs Hikaru Shida vs Shanna

All three women clear out poor Yuka to start. Yuka comes back in during a three way test of strength into the middle of it and takes the women out. We get an exchange of roll ups into picture and picture. On the outside Shida jumps off a chair onto Swole. Yuka hits a springboard dive to the outside. Everyone gets some offense in back from break. Shida ends up winning after a running knee strike. Match was once again your standard wrestling TV match.

WINNER: Hikaru Shida

Sit down interview with Page, Omega and The Bucks. Page gets mad with Omega because Page thinks Omega is calling their tag team a happy accident. They get into an argument about Page not wanting to be in The Elite and the Bucks call Page a jobber from ROH before they too Page under their wing.

We get Gary Michael Capetta for the weigh in. Moxley weights in at 234 pounds. The crowd is giving Jericho shit so he tells them to shut their ass. The crowd does the Chiefs tomahawk chant so Jericho says Aaron Mahome (yes that’s what he said) is a piece of shit too. Moxley headbutts Jericho off the scale. Dustin Rhodes comes out as him and Hager brawl into the concessions area. Darby Allin makes the save but Sammy Guevara takes his skateboard and hits him over the head. We get down to Moxley and Jericho again. Jericho ends up hitting the Judas Effect then a Paradigm Shift on the scale.

Until Next Time,
